The location was perfect - just a short walk to the beach and shops. The hotel facilities were clean and inviting, with an excellent pool and outdoor seating area. Parking was also secure and convenient.

We used the accommodation as a stop over. The unit was great. Fantastic location!! Will use again but for a longer visit as it is so close to everything.

Family suite with two bedrooms rather than a single motel room with a rollout bed. Secure car parking. Quiet ( away from traffic noise) location.

Car parking spaces are a little difficult to get in/out from at the inside spaces

I had a wonderful stay at Sandcastles Holiday in Coffs. The 2-bedroom ground floor unit was spacious and well-equipped with air conditioning and a complete laundry. The patio area, pool, and BBQ facilities were fantastic. The location was convenient, with great restaurants nearby and just a quick walk to the beach. I highly recommend this holiday apartment.

Great location, friendly staff, clean apartments with everything you need :) Out stay was made hassle free with an after-hours check in organised without the slightest problem. Would most definately stay here again!!

Very relaxed feeling, well kept, great position to all amenities, great overnight stay for the business traveller.

This hotel is located in a great area, near the beach, cafes and shopping centers. The basic amenities in the room like the cooking facilities and the utensils were very helpful, and the staff is nice and attentive. They serve breakfast daily, which is a great touch. The prices are very reasonable too. The laundry room was also very convenient.

All in all, everything was satisfactory.

Lovely friendly people and great stay

The apartment was spacious with a modern interior and the location was close to the beach. The local cafes offered delicious food at affordable prices and the friendly staff were always willing to give directions to nearby attractions.

The internet was shockingly poor, making it impossible to plan our day trips or check work emails. the apartment had a strong smell of cigarette smoke and the kitchenware was not properly cleaned.

We thought it represented excellent value for money, the location was convenient with dining options a short walk away. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed.

I had a great experience at this hotel! the value for money is unbeatable - I was surprised at how affordable my stay was. Secondly, the location is perfect - close to the beach and shops, which made it easy to explore the area. Thirdly, the staff were really friendly and attentive - they made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Lastly, the rooms were equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a good variety of utensils in the laundry room cupboard.

Room had broken fan and missing light bulbs, when reported we told they already knew but nothing done over our stay even though we were there a week. Kitchen was advertised as fully equipped but only hot plate and microwave, no oven
